Welcome!

Hey guys! Lee here. Welcome to The Smarter Warehouse. For years I always thought…”What am I good at? What do I really enjoy about my job?” There were lots of things of course, but one thing I always came back to was the warehouse. I just love it. Stock control, problem solving, creating space, technology; you name it… I threw myself into it.

Then I thought, there must be other people like me out there! And so The Smarter Warehouse was created. A place wehere I can document my journey in creating a smarter warehouse. I certainly don’t profess to be a master. In fact I love learning new things. I’ve learnt a lot over the years, but I know that my warehouse isn’t perfect by any stretch of the imagination. So throughout the course of my learnings and in the future, hopefully I can share any nuggets of information with you guys (and likewise I hope to receive information from others in turn!)
